A: India: 3-7 business days (Standard) | 2-4 days (Express).
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! Free shipping on all India orders above ₹500. Flat-rate shipping (₹50) applies for orders below this amount.
Q: Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
A: Contact us immediately at contact@theheronicstore.com if your order hasn’t shipped. We can’t modify addresses once dispatched.

Q: What if I receive a damaged/defective product?
