Cancellation & Refund Policy

At HERONIC, we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Please review our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Cancellation

By Customer

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at contact@theheronicstore.com or through your account (if registered).
  • Cancellations are not possible once the order has been processed or shipped.

By HERONIC

We reserve the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing errors

  • Suspicion of fraudulent activity

  • Incomplete/incorrect shipping details

If your order is canceled, you will receive a full refund within 5-7 business days.

2. Returns & Refunds

Eligibility

We accept returns only for:

  • Damaged/Defective Products: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos/video proof.

  • Wrong Item Shipped: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products (for hygiene reasons)

  • Products purchased during sales or promotions (unless defective)

3. Refund Process

Approved Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after return approval.

  • For prepaid orders, refunds include shipping charges (if applicable).

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer (provide IFSC code & account details).

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. HERONIC is not liable for lost return packages.

5. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at contact@theheronicstore.com with:

    • Order number

    • Photos/video of the issue

    • Reason for return

  2. We will respond within 48 hours with instructions.

  3. Ship the product to our return address (provided upon approval).

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To replace an item, return the original product and place a new order.
